He started his own agency in 1999 as a psychiatric outpatient clinic in Fayette County, Pennsylvania and from that beginning expanded it into a multi-county system of offices and services across Pennsylvania, including the development of a specialized autism services program.  Dr. Joseph believes that the best strategy for success is to provide the highest quality services in the field. Dr. Joseph believes that helping children with autism or with behavioral problems live a better and more fulfilled life is a privilege, not a job.

WHY AERI?

"My love for AERI stems from its broad focus on services for children and adults with behavioral problems. AERI is essentially an amalgamation of different services for children or adults that are tailored to the child or adult and the child’s or adult’s environment, whether geographical, governmental, or jurisdictional. This provides wonderful latitude for fashioning appropriate approaches for care, and this, in turn, creates a happy confluence of effort among the actual providers of the services, the funding entity, and the child or adult being served."
